The Department of Emergency Aid and Disaster Management aims to train specialist personnel who can provide all necessary emergency aid services in the event of any disaster or extraordinary situation; who have learned and are equipped to apply the basic principles of disaster management; and who can establish, train, and, when necessary, take on the command and management of their teams.
